With Thanksgiving just around the corner, it seems like a good time to we believe that we are grateful, but if we practice being thankful year? And if I told you that the expression of gratitude on a daily basis to improve your health and wellbeing?

This has even more beneficial health effects such as improved immune function and heart rate.
