An interesting thing to stay hydrated is to "eat your water." This simply means to make sure you eat certain foods filled with water (as many fruits and vegetables) to help you stay hydrated.

try to make drinking water part of your routine to different stops during the day. Spacing your water intake is more manageable than trying to drink as much as you can at the last minute after you already start to feel dehydrated

Make sure you hydrate :.

  • Before exercising
  • work
  • Before meals
  • Travel
  • Have a reusable bottle with you anytime
  • Have a drink every time you eat a meal or snack

to workouts of moderate intensity, water is sufficient to forward during and after your workout. But for high-intensity workouts, your body needs electrolytes and calories than a sports drink offering to help retain fluid and replace the energy, respectively. It is important to remember that sports drinks should not replace water as your main source of hydration!
