a year in welfare

2016 is upon us! Can you believe it? As we ring in the New Year, many of us think positive personal changes we could or should do. What better time than the beginning of a new year to improve our well-being? Change can be very beneficial, but in order to make the changes matter, we must be focused on our goals.

Resolutions of the common New Year include being more active, eating well, and spend more time with their loved ones, but here at LifeWork strategies, we believe in a bigger picture! Although the above resolutions can be very beneficial and are sometimes necessary, we challenge you to improve your well-being in its entirety! Make small positive changes in each of these four areas and strive to create a well balanced and healthy environment for yourself and everyone around you.

There are several ways you can practice work-life balance in your own life. Know when you work too hard, and listen to your body when it tells you to stop. Eat healthy, filling food, but do not deprive yourself of cravings. Try new things and spend time doing what makes you happy!
