The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM & R) provides medical services to the Rehabilitation Institute of UPMC and numerous outpatient clinics all throughout western Pennsylvania. The Department's mission is to maximize the health, function and well-being of the people they serve by providing rehabilitation quality of medical care is greater, conduct highly relevant research, advanced, and the formation of the next generation of clinicians and researchers.
